About UsDivorce doesn’t have to be the most defining experience of your life draining your energy, your time and your financial resources. We strive to transform fear and uncertainty into peace and confidence. Let us introduce you to our mission and our team of collaborative professionals.
We value walking through divorce in a manner that is dignified, private and without catastrophic loss to a family’s finances. We believe the private process of early intervention mediation can allow individuals to walk through a divorce process where agreements are highlighted, differences negotiated, and individualized settlements can be reached in a cooperative manner.
We know our clients have lives to live after the divorce, and we want to place them in the best possible financial situation to do so. We also value the family unit, whether under one roof or in two separate homes.
We utilize a proven process of consultation, analysis and mediation that helps parties reach agreements on support paid, the division of assets, debts, child custody, parental rights, duties and responsibilities.
Ultimately, we strive to transform the fear and uncertainty of the divorce process into peace and confidence.

Patric McCallum of Drew McCallum Law
Patric McCallum focuses his practice on family and business law. A strong business background, a devotion to helping Texas families and businesses, and over 20 years of experience in state and federal courts throughout Texas give Patric an edge in high-asset divorces. Patric’s focus is to address head-on the root causes of fear, anxiety, and paralysis that go hand-in-hand with divorce. If left unchecked, these feelings feed anger and instinctual lashing out that make the process difficult and expensive.
The antidote to these feelings is to start with an assurance – divorce does not have to be this way. Instead, the focus is on knowledge and empowerment. Armed with these, sound business decisions can be made. The parties can focus on understanding the process, identifying the things that are most important to each spouse, and working to ensure that post-divorce both households are stable and financially sound.
Patric is trained and experienced in collaborative law, mediation, and is a strong advocate of alternative dispute resolution. Practical solutions crafted by the parties, with good advice and sound judgment, are far better than uncertain results thrust upon the parties in traditional divorces.
